Gate Keeping Services
When you schedule a free interview, your Frumpy Fox, LLC Agent will suggest gate keeping services that will give your home a lived-in look to deter those who might take advantage of your absence. For example, Frumpy Fox, LLC will pick up your mail and your newspapers every day and put them in a safe place. We will water your plants. We will alternate lighting, and/or change the position of cars in the driveway. Each visit by your Frumpy Fox, LLC agent will provide a visible daily presence at your home. Your agent will also make a full walk-around inspection on every visit to make sure everything is as it should be. During your free, consultation interview, your Frumpy Fox, LLC agent will ask for emergency telephone numbers and/or e-mail addresses so she can immediately inform you of any problems. Gate keeping is part of the regular Frumpy Fox, LLC service, so there is no extra charge involved.
